Annick Stijns | Public Affairs & Project Management
Annick Stijns is the Public Affairs Project Manager for Xenikos. The last 22 years she occupied several functions within the pharmaceutical industry. She worked as a translator and scientific editor at Organon Teknika, a former Pharma division of AKZO Nobel, and later on at bioMérieux Clinical Diagnostics, being responsible for the product labeling of package inserts, manuals and leaflets for diagnostic products. During several years she was the business correspondent for Organon Teknika working for the joint staff magazine of AkzoNobel and she performed several public relations activities for the headquarters of Organon Teknika in Turnhout, Belgium.
From 2011-2015 she worked at the Department of Anesthesiology, Pain and Palliative Medicine of the Radboud University Medical Centre in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, as a project manager for the EU funded FP7 IMPACT project and she was amongst others responsible for the management of the Project Consortium and for the periodic and final project reporting.
